The Shift Supervisor plays a key leadership role in ensuring the seamless operation of the kitchen and front of house during assigned shifts. They oversee food preparation, maintain high culinary standards, and manage staff to deliver an exceptional customer experience. This position requires a strong focus on quality control, customer service, team coordination, and adherence to food safety regulations.
Must be 25 and older.
Food handlers permit.
Proven experience in a supervisory role within a culinary or hospitality environment.
Strong knowledge of food preparation, kitchen equipment, and culinary techniques.
Excellent leadership, communication, customer service and organizational skills.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities.
