We are seeking skilled and passionate Line Chefs/Cooks to join our dynamic culinary team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing high-quality meals in accordance with recipes, portion standards, and kitchen guidelines, ensuring customer satisfaction.
Must be 18 and older.
Valid food handlers permit.
Proven experience as a Line Chef, Cook, or in a similar role in a professional kitchen.
Familiarity with various cooking techniques, equipment, and kitchen tools.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
Strong attention to detail, time management, and organizational skills.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and best practices.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and holidays according to roster.
