General Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables
Manage reservations and maintain an organized seating chart
Answer phone calls and provide accurate information about the restaurant
Collaborate with servers and managers to ensure efficient guest flow
Address guest inquiries or concerns with professionalism and courtesy
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host stand
Assist in creating a positive and memorable guest experience
Standard
Over 18 years old
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
Education
Customer Service Certification
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Experience
Experience in customer service or a similar role (preferred)
Exposure to high-volume dining environments (preferred)
