General Responsibilities
Develop and implement strategies to achieve financial and operational goals
Oversee all restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless guest experience
Recruit, train, and mentor staff to build a high-performing team
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and legal regulations
Build relationships with customers, suppliers, and stakeholders to enhance business growth
Handle escalated customer issues with professionalism and prompt resolution
Coordinate with marketing and promotional teams to increase brand visibility and revenue
Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language (second language an asset)
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
Exceptional and demonstrable trainer
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities
Proven ability to develop and execute strategic plans
Education
Undergraduate or Postgraduate Degree / Culinary/ Hospitality Management/ Food & Beverage/ Business Management
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification
Experience
Experience as a GM/ AGM/ RM
Exposure to fast paced environment
Experience in high-volume or fine-dining kitchens preferred
Proven experience in financial planning and staff management
