General Responsibilities
Organize, guide and manage timing of the flow of food orders to and from the kitchen
Ensure dishes are prepared and presented according to specifications
Communicate effectively with kitchen staff and servers
Check orders for accuracy and completeness
Set work station before service
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expediting area
Resolve order-related issues promptly and professionally
Support the kitchen and front-of-house team to ensure smooth operations
Standard
Over 18 years old
Excellent coordination and time management skills.
Strong attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
Education
Food & Beverage Certification
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification
Experience
Experience in the food service industry (preferred)
Exposure to fast-paced kitchen or restaurant environments
Transferable Skills
Ability to work under pressure
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
