General Responsibilities
Preparation of ingredients
Follow recipes and instructions provided
Ensure cleanliness and hygiene in all kitchen areas
Support the kitchen team during service
Monitor stock levels and inform senior staff of shortages
Learn and adhere to food safety standards and regulations
Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
Able to complete training and duties associated with the role
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
Education
Skills Training Certificate (preferred but not required)
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification
Experience
Previous experience in a kitchen (preferred but not required)
Experience working in a fast-paced environment
