About the role

General Responsibilities
Inventory count
Bar stocking
Prepare garnish and batch recipes to standard
Maintain clean and organized bar
Reporting tool and equipment maintenance concerns
Collaborate with bar team and other employees
Support the role of bartenders throughout shift

Key Selection Criteria

Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy
Able to complete training and duties associated with the role
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends

Education
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification

Experience
Food and beverage industry related professional exposure
Experience working on a team
Exposure to fast paced environment
