General Responsibilities
Inventory and purchasing oversight
Bar stocking/ Sales tracking
Cocktail menu development and pricing
Department scheduling
Coordinate tool and equipment maintenance
Appropriately delegate tasks
Oversee bartenders, barbacks, and in some cases other employees
Hire, train, and, when necessary recommend corrective action
Use point-of-sale tracking technology and bar and restaurant management platforms
Standard
Over 18 years old
Able to write, converse and understand the English language
Good numeracy skills and computer literacy; including MS Office & Google Workspace
Able to complete training and duties associated with the role
Able to work flexible hours, evenings and weekends
Education
Bachelor or Associate Degree / Hospitality Management/ Food & Beverage
High School Diploma/ School Leaving Certificate
Health & Safety Certification
Excellent industry knowledge
Experience
Experience as a Manager/Supervisor
Event Execution Experience
Understanding of restaurant maintenance and cleaning standards.
Exposure to fast paced environment
Extensive cash handling and payment processing
Transferable Skills
Ability to lead and motivate a team to maximize sales and achieve targets
